Our Legal Notice and Account Terms
This is the tger123 legal page — the policy layer behind the lobby you already browse. We've gathered our account terms, jurisdiction posture, data-handling stance and dispute paths...
Policy Posture and Jurisdiction Wording
Our terms apply where local law permits and access from supported regions. If you open an account from Indonesia, the clauses governing identity verification, account ownership and acceptable use are the ones you'll want to read first. We hold licensing references off-shore and we're explicit about that — nothing on tger123 claims to be domestically licensed inside Indonesia. Disputes follow the escalation
order written in the terms: internal review, then independent mediation referenced in the policy. Amendments are dated at the foot of each clause, so when we change wording you can see exactly what shifted and when. Payment context shown below is provided for clarity only; it does not modify the policy text itself.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
Editorial Trust Behind This Notice
Six signals describe how the legal page is reviewed, dated and kept honest.
Named Reviewer
Every clause carries an internal owner. When wording changes, that owner signs the revision before it appears on the live page, so accountability sits with a person, not a template.
Revision Dates
Each section footer shows the last edit date. Older versions stay archived on request, which means you can compare what a clause said the day you opened your account.
Plain Wording
We rewrite legalese into readable English where the underlying law allows. Clauses that must stay literal are flagged so you know which sentences are statutory and which are ours.
External Counsel
Material changes pass through external counsel familiar with Southeast-Asian consumer law before publishing. Their review notes are kept on file and referenced in the amendment log.
Complaint Log
Every escalated complaint is logged against the clause it touched. Recurring friction points trigger a rewrite, which is why some sections read tighter than they did six months ago.
No Silent Edits
We don't quietly reword clauses. If a paragraph changes, the amendment log shows the previous text, the new text and the date the edit went live on tger123.
